"It was the best price I have found for Carprofen. I give one half tablet to my dog twice a day and it was the easiest to slice in half cleanly I have ever found. Other brands cut unevenly and somewhat disintegrated."

"I LOVE PetCareRx. The prices are truly better than any other retailer or online vendor (as they should be; we pay a subscription for them). However, ordering new/one-time prescriptions is a pain. It's 2021 - why do I have to snail mail you a copy of my prescription? Also, assuming snail mail is the only solution, please remind me more than once. We all have full lives and emails get missed. I saw the one email asking me to mail the prescription and forgot about it, so now my dog's prescription is going to get here a month late. When you're due for a refill, you get spammed with phone calls and emails reminding you - I'd rather have the spamming than almost nothing. For the refills, they even send you paper reminders, and of course I refilled my prescription a day too early. If I had waited for the mail the next day, I would've had a 30% discount code... how do you think that whole process makes your customers feel? Anyways, really do love the pricing and the convenience, but hopefully we'll work on fixing the above."

"If your company is going advertise dog food that is a stew with pop tops, that should be at the top of the indicator. Next you need to train your customer service person. She was rude, misinformed and short with customers with issues. It costed me almost the amount to send the dog food back to purchase the food.
