"I already wrote a scathing review via the customer service email. I had a big issue. There had been an error in my order which was with an adult Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein dry food order. The labeling was identical except for the letter ID for the product; one is “ps” (potato carb)and the other was “hp” (rice carb). We use “hp” but they shipped me the “ps”. Could have been an error on either side and I am happy to take accountability. However, when I called, and sent an email, explaining how I was happy to send back the dry food in error if they would send me a label . . . . they flat out refused. End of discussion. Their policy states no refunds. Now, we have been ordering from CHEWY for years and the only reason I sought out PetCareRx was because CHEWY was out of stock of the item. The key message here is that if this had happened with CHEWY, based on all my years of experience, they would have “fixed it”, told me to “donate the error bags of food”, and ship me what I originally needed. So, PetCareRx, you will NEVER see me back as a customer, and I will advise other pet owners to head to CHEWY if they want better customer care and policy. Your loss. "

"Betty told me I could refuse the package and order the right item and now item has not arrived at their office so they won't refund me. She said I have you options about how to get it back to us but she never did. I was just told you can refuse and never was informed that if it doesn't make it I won't get refund. She even said I know I did and I could listen to recording to prove it. I told her go ahead and she just ignored me. I will definitely stay away from this company. "

A discount off what? They didn't have the item, had never had it, and thought they would be able to get it from the supplier but then didn't.
So I got a full refund but they would have kept the $35 membership fee. In other words, money for nothing.
