"Ordered medication for my dog, confirmed by Vet office, payment through Paypal, order confirmed, by PetCareRx and Paypal, yet get an email in spam folder saying there was something left in shopping cart, but when it was connected via link, there was nothing in cart. Contacted customer service via email, but received no response. Managed to check order through email link, and it had been "cancelled".
I guess they don't like to honor the discount codes offered.
Luckily it was PayPal and the payment did not go through as it wasn't shipped.
All I received was 28 marketing emails, all to spam!

"I placed an order just shy of three weeks ago that is still marked as “in process” despite already receiving approval from my pet’s vet. I called about a week ago to check on the order status, and was told the hold up was on one piece of my order, so they would split the order into multiple orders so we can receive our medication as needed. I was pleased with this plan and my customer service rep was very pleasant. Unfortunately nothing has changed as of yet, so I’ll have to call back.
