"This company has great prices but, doing business with them is torture. When you need customer service, and you will with the way they handle orders, expect extraordinarily long wait times and once/if you do get through, don't expect the person who answers to be able to address your concern. You are given an option to receive a call back instead of hold but, this simply didn't work the two times I tried it. The call back came but connected me to a dead line. If you need them to communicate with your vet, forget it. I even joined their membership club hoping for a little improvement in customer service but, this was not the case."
