"I went online because I needed Hill's prescription diet chicken stew. There were two choices along with one that said turkey. Admittedly, it didn't say stew but It was one of the three choices when I searched for stew. It was only after ordering and receiving two cases of what I thought was going to be turkey stew did I discover that it wasn't stew, it was pate. I don't think it takes a genius to understand that the least they could have done was noted that it was pate in the description but I'm assuming that because it didn't say stew I was supposed to understand that it wasn't stew even though it was listed with two other stew options.
So now I have several months supply of $@#$##$$#@PATE."
"We bought a carrier that based on our dog weight (miniature cockapoo) was adequate. When the carrier arrived it was too small for our dog. Petcare does not cover the return shipping cost (which we didn't know and was not explicitly stated anywhere in the order). If we knew that the return shipping was not going to be covered we would have never ordered this carrier. We ended up paying $52.00 and the cheapest return cost is $30.00. We will never use them again."
"I ordered my dogs medicine. I received and email about vet needing to authorize the meds and they would follow up. Well 5 days later no notification, I called my vet never received a request. Called petrx and the lady was able to submit it. That was a little frustrating.
Once approved, the delivery was quick. I normally have issues with USPS delivering packages, so I opted to pay an extra $20 for meds (crazy right). I wish they would come up with different delivery options that were a little cheaper. Meds in this large box..smh! Other than that I like the pricing and customer service. It can only get better in time. "

Having established PetCareRx as a resource opens up opportunities to use their other service offerings in the future. Delivery time is about right as they are on the East Coast and I am on the West, so it takes about a week to get the cat food. I get tracking information and delivery notices, so it's all good for me."
