My gripe I is that they let us believe we could obtain this product when it clearly was never available. My dog has inflammatory bowel disease and needs this food. This made it even more upsetting. The company they were ordering from , Royal Canin, has been unable to deliver for months and is apparently permanently « out of stock. »"

Shipping took for EVER, even though it was advertised as 3 days and I wasn’t informed/updated until a week-ish after my order was approved.m. "I made 2 phone calls to PetPlus since I got emails saying that 4 cases of Royal Canin were charged to my credit card and delivered. I was told there were known problems with Royal Canin shipments, but that the order WAS coming. No comments from PetPlus about how long to reasonably wait. Yesterday I got email notifications that the order of 4 cases was delivered and completed and, of course, a satisfaction survey. I called PetPlus customer support and was told they put a note in to let RC know that I only got 2 out of four cases. Again, no ownership or setting expectations from PetPlus. I asked how long I needed to wait before calling PetPlus again since there was no forecast set for successful completion of this order. PetPlus customer support only focused on what they will do; not on setting customer expectations & how to successfully resolve the situation to meet the customers needs."
