It took a full week for the order to arrive and even though I signed up for updates, I never received one until the delivery update posted (“we just delivered your order”). Whenever I checked during the week, all I saw was “in transit!” With no arrival date. Customer service was polite but unhelpful, telling me they had no way of finding out info from delivery people. Not being able to offer an arrival date or any info during transit is unacceptable in 2024."

"Received email stating item I ordered was now "back in stock" no mention of being out of stock when I placed order, or I would have purchased elsewhere. Phone calls and email sent (with no response to email) to figure out what was going on. Was told "that was never out of stock, it was in our warehouse, should ship today" (no way for me to know that information). Didn't ship for two more days.
Truthfully, I should have been more attentive to expected arrival date originally, but that said, delivery would still have been too late for what I needed. When I tried to then cancel the order, I got an "it shipped notification" but no other response. Customer service on phone, adequate, but not empathetic -basically, no apology for any confusion.
I'm sure it's a great company, and I just had an experience that required way too much time on my part, and not the best assist/transparency with something that should have been quick, easy and straight-forward"
