"My formerly big Russian Blue has shrimped down to 6 pounds! I was getting desperate. He is on his second large syringe of measured treatments and has gained hall a pound in two weeks, I guess because he is now getting some more absorption of nutrients. "It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order. My confirmation email informed me that my vet would be contacted. After two weeks I receive an email that I need to call my vet. My vet had already given me a prescription but wrote another one. I replied to the email saying that I had a prescription and could fax or email it. I then get another reply saying that you hadn't been able to get in contact with my vet. I replied again with a screenshot of the previous email that said I needed to call my vet. An actual person finally responded and said I needed to mail my prescription.
If that information had been shared 3 weeks ago when the order was placed, we could of had our order already. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of information and requirements that are necessary for placing an order and how long it took to actually get any useful information. "
