"We have been long time customers of PetcareRX and have always been a satisfied customer. We ordered two medications for our dog, one to relieve her of pain. The order was placed on 12/11/23 and still hasn't arrived. That very well could be the fault of the delivery company, UPS. However, I have now requested two call backs from PetcareRX which have never happened. Additionally, I called and was place on hold for 10 minutes when inexplicably the call was terminated. Very frustrated. Still waiting to find out where this very expensive medicine has ended up."

I ordered online, the order was filled the same day and I had the meds in hand 4 days later. Only negative is that the order was sent by USPS, and took longer than expected to be delivered. USPS has proved to be rather unreliable lately."

"I ordered nylon dog bones from PetCareRX at a good price using the limit of 11 they set up. Money was donated to my local SPCA for this purpose. Next week ordered several different types of chew bones, always within company’s limits: 4 of one item, 9 of another, 2 of a third item. Never received them, so I called. customer rep told me order was canceled due to “FRAUD Alert” because “PetCareRX does not sell in bulk”. I argued that their site set the limits that could be ordered and I didn’t exceed that, so HOW WAS THAT FRAUD? They need to state their policy clearly if they are going to limit number of items you can order so customers don’t waste a lot of time ordering, waiting for the order to arrive, and having to call about the order, only to find out it was cancelled due to a “bulk ordering” policy that was never stated anywhere on the site!"

I called and PetCareRX and they were so kind and considerate, they prorated the plus membership and credited my account back and also accepted the return of the unopened food.
