You are very kind at handling our frustration with the vet. You don't create the dosages for the meds we order and the vets know how much our dog/s weigh but each time it is a runaround with the vets to order the proper dosage (the pills are by weight and they don't run out at the same time. Makes me wish I had never mentioned it to them in the first place that it probably needed to be changed. Thanks for letting me rant. The good thing is I know you all will take care of the orders right away and our dog/s won't be harmed in the process."

"Loved PetRx customer service. I had ordered the right product but wrong weight for my dog after PetRx consulted for validation with my Vet. As a result, PetRx cancelled my order and resubmitted the right product for my dogs correct weight very quickly. My only negative, that PetRx would not have known, is that by cancelling and reordering for me, versus having me reorder, it negated my travel credit card rewards using the shopping portal, so I lost upwards to 2,000 points. I would have preferred to reorder myself. Otherwise great initiative by PetRx. Perhaps just ask reorder preference in the future for folks like me. "
