Dead Battery Shipped

"I ordered an invisible fence battery from them and it arrived dead. Filled out an RMA as instructed and never received a response. Tried emailing them and never received a response. Tried to call and the 888 number forwards to someone else. What a horrible business! I used to use them all the time and never had issues. This time used Amazon and will continue to do so."

Unprofessional / BAD experience

"This place does not even deserve one star. Not even sure adults are running this business if you call it a business. I just placed an order 4 days ago with expeditd shipping. I get an email from them 3 days later telling me that it will not get here on time. I asked them to refund the expedited shipping since there was no expedited shipping. They emailed me back and canceling my entire order because I told them that that was my first and last time ordering from them. Their response was so unprofessional I could not believe this was even a legitimate business. Their emailed back to me did not make sense and they misspelled words. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in the history of customer service!! Stay away from his site!!! "

Horrible experience.

"Purchased a dog collar online on April 25,2018. My credit card was immediately charged and I was emailed an order confirmation. Two weeks later I had not received my item. When I tried to call they never answered. It took me four days of continually calling to speak to someone. Oh by the way, they don’t return messages left on the answering machine either. When I talked to someone I was told the item was out of stock and it would be shipping from the manufacturer. I was also told they would call them and call me back with estimated delivery. One week later, no call back. I again tried many times to call and after five days someone answered. What was really odd to me was that I never even told whoever answered my order number or name and I was immediately told my order would be canceled and I would be refunded. I had a cancellation email before I even hung up the phone. It made me feel like maybe they were screening calls and didn’t want to talk to me. One week later, no refund, tried emailing. Not surprised I didn’t get a response even though the website says they respond in 2-4 days. Called again, took six days to get through this time. Spoke to a man who was very nice,said he was processing my refund right then and I would have it in 2-3 days. Week later, no refund. Opened a claim with BBB. They accepted claim and gave the business two weeks to respond. I felt hopeful of getting my refund. Two eeeks have past, there has been no response from Pet Stuff Warehouse. I have not received my refund, the BBB sent a second notice to the company but they are not responding. I have never dealt with a company before with this type of customer service. I will tell everyone I know to never use this company. They took my money, did not send me the merchandise, and will not return my money. Absolutely horrible way to do business. "

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DEPLORABLE PRODUCT CONDITION

"I would have given this review no stars if possible however "horrible" is the worst I can give them on this website. So here's why: I placed a large order of frozen raw meat for my dog (totaling $488.02 with FedEx overnight shipping). The package arrived with the meat in various degrees of thawing and, because of how it was packaged (1 Styrofoam box for 20 lbs of "frozen" rabbit meat with the meat completely unsecured) , the Styrofoam box broke during shipping and one of the meat packages broke open- bloody ice and partially thawed meat were all over the inside of the Styrofoam box and on the other packages of meat. Hardly sanitary. In fact, some of the meat had thawed so much, the moisture bleed through to the outer shipping box. I would NEVER feed this meat to my dog in this condition. So, I contacted PetsWarehouse via email (as they request) the very next day with pictures to show the condition of my shipment. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge that their haphazard and shotty packaging were the entire problem here, they flat out told me they did not believe me about when I opened the package or how it was received on my end- essentially calling me a liar. They also decided that me contacting them the next day was "unreasonable" and someone spending that amount of money should have the common sense to contact them "right away." Utter idiocy. A company that would rather insult a customer who placed a large order than help her to handle a justified issue. I am utterly disgusted with PetsWarehouse and their customer service. "

Falsely advertises prices and quantity to get you on their site

"I placed an order and then received and email stating that there was an error in their listing and I would only receive one not the quantity listed. I said okay and asked them to cancel my order. My order status did show canceled. But then I received insulting emails asking if I really thought I was going to get that many for that price? , etc. This went on for a couple of emails then they asked ME to stop emailing them when every email they sent me asked me a question. I have yet to receive my refund. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS! AND when you report them to the BBB they claim that you are the internet scammer! "

Castles for my Daughters Fish

"I bought my daughter a new aquarium with beautiful fish and she has a princess theme room. I wanted to continue that theme for the aquarium and I was having a hard time finding just the right thing. Petswarehouse has a variety to choose from that I was able to actually match to what was in her room. She was very happy with the gift and I was happy with the purchase!"

My Dog Smells Good

"I have been looking for a way to make it easier to give my dog a bath. I finally came across a shampoo brush for dogs. You put the shampoo in the brush and it massages and cleans your dog. My dog doesn't care for baths, but likes to be brushed. It helped her to be calm and enjoy taking a bath for once. It worked really well, got the soap in deep in her fur and I have to say that she smells much better. I got the brush and shampoo from petswarehouse.com. Good delivery time, will start ordering from them."

Great place

"I was taken back by some of the negative reviews, so much I called PetsWarehouse and asked if they knew about this website.

The person said they are not allowed to reply.

She went on to say considering we ship over 300 orders a day or about 100,000 orders a year the numbers of negatives are low.

I buy my aquarium supplies from them every other month or so

Refused to ship what I ordered, sent insulting unprofessional emails

"Ordered two small items took two weeks to arrive, not a huge deal to me. However, One of the items was incorrect and the customer service department refused to send out the correct item. Their logic seemed to be that since it was only a 6$ item I just need to re order it ? They refused to accept responsibility and refused to pay for return shipping. But what really crossed the line was the customer service representative saying to me in writing via email saying "they've delt with people like me before" " I need to put on my big boy pants grow up and order another one" I just can't make this stuff up. Issue had to be resolved by credit card company stepping in to stop payment. Avoid at all costs. "

Stay Far Away!

"Guys... save yourself. Go somewhere else. Seriously.

I placed an online order on Dec. 18, 2017. My card was charged on Dec. 21st and the items arrived on Dec. 27th. Upon arrival only 1/3rd of my items were correct, 1/3rd of the items were out of stock, and the remaining 1/3rd of the items were not as pictured on the website or the invoice. I contacted the company immediately through their website and got the most condescending response that was not helpful in the least. My refund was not issued until OVER TEN DAYS after my order was charged and shipped. When it finally was refunded, all the items that were not received were not refunded. I contacted them again and they checked their records just to find that they had incorrect records and needed me to send them a picture of my invoice which stated that it would be refunded. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CORRECT RECORDS OF WHAT WAS ACTUALLY SHIPPED TO ME. What kind of company is this? While communicating with them further they refused to say that their items were misrepresented online when the picture they have ONLINE AND ON THE INVOICE do not match the item received. Can someone please explain to me how having an inaccurate picture of the item described is correct? Anyone? No? Didn't think so. I would have never ordered these items had an accurate photo been on the website. Also, when you check out you are charged shipping based on weight and size. Well... 1/3 of my items weren't in stock so they obviously weren't shipped which would mean my shipping should have been reduced... Do you think I saw a refund for that? Nope. The company wanted me to pay for return shipping and even have a 20% restocking policy because "It is because I didn't like the item". No... IT IS NOT THE ITEM PICTURED ON YOUR WEBSITE! It has nothing to do with liking it or not, it's an inaccurate item. Their staff is so unprofessional and rude, not to mention disorganized. (They literally had to ask me to send them pictures of my invoice because their records are so bad). Save your time and just contact your Credit Card company to resolve issues instead. Dishonest and irrational.

*Have pictures of what was received, what was pictured on the website, what was pictured on my invoice and all the emails / communication between the Pets Warehouse and myself.

As you can see from their replies on bad reviews they are very defensive, lack integrity and do not value their customers.
