"My Jack Russel is in love with a specific toy from Petland Discount. They are closed nationwide, (to my understanding). I was looking for my dog's favorite toy and I saw it online and ordered four of them. To my surprise, they were miniature versions of his beloved dog toy and not the actual size that I had been buying him for over 10 years from Petland Discount. I was disappointed when the parcel arrived and I saw the actual size of the toy. My dog seems to enjoy them. I guess that is all that matters. "

"I placed an order for 2 fountain pumps. They sent me an email that my order was being processed but my card would not be charged until the items shipped. The website still says that the order is still being processed but not sent. I was charged on 8/12/2020. They do not answer emails. They do not answer the contact form. They do not answer the phone. The Yelp page doesn't work. I have filed a complaint and refund with charge card."
"They offered exactly what I wanted, 4 different sized glass aquarium covers. They arrived promptly but one was broken. They were carefully packaged which surprised me as just 1 was damaged. I shipped the broken cover back and am awaiting my replacement."
"There was nothing wrong with the items I'd ordered - a couple of boxes of the Catit litter box liners and two of the same part for the cat litter boxes. However, I ordered them in late June, and was charged for them two days later -despite receiving an email saying I wouldn't be charged until the items shipped. So I assumed that meant they would ship out shortly after that. But I never got any kind of shipping confirmation at all.
And the items didn't ship out until almost a month later! By then I'd already called the warehouse they were shipped out of in
New York, where an automated system asked me for a password or something similarly strange. Then I called another branch, where the CSR said they'd had problems with that particular branch; said he'd talk to his manager and call me back- but that never happened.
Finally, I did receive my litter box liners, and one of the parts – but it was almost a month after I'd ordered them, and there had been no communication from Pets Warehouse about what was going on. Apparently the litter box parts were what was holding up the order. I ended up with only one out of two ordered, but they did refund me the difference.
However, in the meantime, I had to order the litter box liners from someplace else due to the unreasonable delay. I wish they would have at least told me there was a problem fulfilling the order – that would have given me the choice of whether to cancel and move on, or continue to wait. I've looked at reviews from other customers, and I see that they either hit it out of the ballpark, or completely swing and miss. Bottom line, I'm never shopping with them again – they just don't have it together."

"On June 11 I ordered pet treats for $222.19 dollars from Pet Warehouse. Pet Warehouse immediately charged my credit card on this date. On July 13,2020 after many emails requesting an update on my order, I received an email stating that they no longer were able to fulfill my order due to "manufacturer supply issues". This email indicated that I would get a refund. It is now August 15, 2020 and I still have no had this amount refunded!! I think it is odd that it took less than a day to charge my credit card, but they haven't been able to refund this amount to my credit card in over a month!!!! In my opinion, Pet Warehouse is nothing better that a bunch of scamming thieves!!!!!"

"1 Item missing. POS that packed it signed off that it was present. “Online” customer service nonexistent. Storefront customer service useless. After days of calls and repeated emails they finally credited my card for the missing item. I really don’t know how they are still in business. Pop some popcorn and read the reviews. WOW! I will NEVER order from them again and I would NEVER step foot in their retail stores. It all seems minor until you add them all up. They are making a fortune off of missing items."
