She urged to exchange the pillow for a softer one. I didn't follow her advice and had another pillow shipped. It was much too soft, just as Emily had said it would be. The pillow I received didn't have much cushion and it felt too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for refund. I've called and sent email to the company, no response, so left a complaint on Better Business Bureau, but now its erased or gone. Not sure what happened. Person name Dana reached out to me with return shipping label, so I simply returned the pillow & case that was delivered. Now, company is saying the pillow does not belong to them and cannot issue refund. I will never purchase any pillows from this company as my experience with customer service is terrible. "

I 100% stand behind my customer service employee Dana who was very kind and let you know that you returned your old pillow and pillow protector to us instead of the new ones we sent you. We sent you photos of this "mistake" and you've doubled down insisting that we're a fraudulent company. Returning your old pillow and wanting a refund is plain and simply theft. For the sake of all the honest shoppers, I do not bend on "friendly fraud" and will not increase our prices to everyone else to cover your theft. The BBB reviewed our photos, communication, and found in our favor as well which is why your review was removed.
