"I ordered a pillow from this company and received it two days later. Unfortunately, the pillow was too firm for me, so I consulted a "bedding expert" and was helped by Emily. She urged to exchange the pillow for a softer one. I didn't follow her advice and had another pillow shipped. It was much too soft, just as Emily had said it would be. She again recommended the pillow she had wanted to send me. When it arrived, it was a though Christmas and my birthday had arrived simultaneously. The pillow was perfect in every way. Not only was Emily kind, patient, and efficient, the company paid for the return of the unwanted pillows. I don't need to purchase pillows often, but next time I need one, I'll want to do business with this company again and will certainly recommend it to anyone else pillow shopping. "

It was very good and at the right price. I have been sleeping on this pillow for more than a month now, and I have found it to be what I needed for a good night's sleep."

"I've purchased new pillow & case from this company back in 7/8/2022 order number 3150475 and paid $$105.18. The pillow I received didn't have much cushion and it felt too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for refund. I've called and sent email to the company, no response, so left a complaint on Better Business Bureau, but now its erased or gone. Not sure what happened. Person name Dana reached out to me with return shipping label, so I simply returned the pillow & case that was delivered. Now, company is saying the pillow does not belong to them and cannot issue refund. I will never purchase any pillows from this company as my experience with customer service is terrible. "
