"I had been looking around for pillows for over a year. Tried many different brands, but they were either too hard or soft. Finally, while staying at a Marriott hotel, I found the pillow and it was very good. I got the name of the pillow company from the pillow tag and ordered a medium density. It was very good and at the right price. I have been sleeping on this pillow for more than a month now, and I have found it to be what I needed for a good night's sleep."

"I've purchased new pillow & case from this company back in 7/8/2022 order number 3150475 and paid $$105.18. The pillow I received didn't have much cushion and it felt too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for refund. I've called and sent email to the company, no response, so left a complaint on Better Business Bureau, but now its erased or gone. Not sure what happened. Person name Dana reached out to me with return shipping label, so I simply returned the pillow & case that was delivered. Now, company is saying the pillow does not belong to them and cannot issue refund. I will never purchase any pillows from this company as my experience with customer service is terrible. "

"Have slept on Pacific feather pillows for many years. It’s time to replace the current set. Spent the weekend in IHG hotel and was impressed by the feel and quality of the soft/firm pillow set, and, while quite expensive, thought we’d try them.

I had an initial problem with failure of tracking system to the website link, which was addressed quickly and competently by customer service.

Pillows arrived quickly, and are as described, two separate levels of softness marked by pillow piping color. Very comfortable, sleeping well! Hoping they hold up well, with care.

High cost, despite 5 and 10% discounts, is the reason for 4 stars.

"Ordered my pillow and received it on time as was given with tracking number. Very helpful video was sent to me in the meantime about how to fluff the pillow to get as much fluff/air into it as possible. Also ordered the pillow protector which I feel for the price should have been included but maybe people have one for their old pillow which can be used. I was looking for something that was a little more firm and may address that later by adding feathers to it. I tried to match the heavier/more firm pillow that was in the hotel (Hyatt Regency) but this was the closest I could find."
