"Bottom line, I was skeptical based on the number of 1 Star reviews. The customer service is very spotty, from no confirmation email to unanswered phone lines, to unanswered chatbot. They did answer the phone on my third attempt and a customer rep was human and did tell me that they had my order and they would have to check with the supplier as to when it would ship - this was for a part that their site said was in-stock, so I was concerned again. But he assured me that their supplier had it in stock and it would ship. I paid for expedited shipping, and lo n behold I got a random UPS notification that I had an item on the way from some random company I'd never heard of. Item arrived here 4 days after I put in the order, mailed via UPS 2-day. Correct part, good price, can't complain! Very happy - as everyone else in the US quoted us 6 weeks! "

"I paid for a product, order was confirmed , only to find out a week later that it was not coming for some unknown reason. I’m not sure why it couldn’t be sent/ shipped. Apparently they only accept Pay pal???.
Visa Card was accepted thought upon ordering. Called customer service , wait was just too long. Never got an answer, and was told don’t reply to email. Unbelievably terribly service. "

"IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I did an order online which said the shipment would be around 16 days, it said that after the fact that I made the purchase. When the products were in my cart, it stated the items were available and ready to ship in 6 days! After about 2.5 weeks I called, spoke to someone who didn't know ****, I asked the rep is they are making notation of my call in the system adn she said yes and that I will receive an email with an update on my order!
No email, So i called 3 days later, spoke to another gal who said there were no notes in the system on showing that I even called. This rep told me that she would personally call me the following day to give me an update once she spoke to the other facility. NO CALL BACK OR EMAIL.
It has now been 5 weeks and I cannot even get anyone on the phone to do a refund! I went online to cancel my order, in which I did not receive an email acknowledging my cancellation!
I just want my refund. How hard is it to give a refund!!!!!!"
