"Ordered a sprinkler valve which shipped and arrived quickly. Upon install, it had a small leak at the flow control stem. Upon notifying PlumbersStock, Grace quickly sent a replacement, that again arrived shortly. The replacement is working great with no leaks. I appreciate the desire to ensure the customer (me) was completely satisfied.

"These idiots had me wait 6 WKs to get 3ea toilets in.
When i called to figure out why i had not received my order by the promised date, they stated they only had one on hand and could order the remaining 2ea but it would be 6-8 Wks out.
i asked what happened to my order and they said "idk, looks like it was cancelled and an email was sent out". they sent the email to an email not associated with my company and when i pointed this out they said " sorry for this"

I now have a broken toilet bowl sitting on my front porch that I apparently have to take to the dump... which is not close to my house."
