"One of the irrigation valves I ordered was found to have a leak and PlumbersStock agreed to replace the defective unit. I just called to check on the status of this return and spoke to Bernard. He quickly checked my account history, the Fed Ex tracking number and warehouse receiving/shipping status. He was able to confirm that the defective unit had been received but its replacement not yet shipped. Bernard said he would issue a shipment order immediately and that the unit should go out the same afternoon. Bernard was quick to understand my questions. He completed a thorough investigation as to the status of my case and was able to resolve the problem. I was very satisfied with this great example of customer service. Thank you."
