"I was delivered a piece of a pool ladder and have tried to get resolution with no success.
I will never use this Pool Supply World again, They cashed my check and delivered me half of a handle to a whole ladder. I wrote Luis and he said 10 days ago that he will get logistics to look into it and I have emailed him several times to get his results of the logistic search and he is not answering me all of a sudden???????
SCAM SCAM SCAM is my only words for this operation and I will be calling the local news station to warn everyone.
I am totally disappointed in Luis and how I have been treated thru this process and I still do not have my $625 pool ladder for my hotel pool??????????????????? WHY WHY WHY
