"Terrible experience. I ordered what was advertised as a new WaterTech Blue Diamond pool robot. I received a refurbished Blue Diamond and it runs extremely poorly. The parts that were refurbished do not even fit properly and do not even seem to be replacement parts for this model. I contacted Pool Supply World and was told I need to contact the manufacturer. I was furious. I know what a Blue Diamond should look like and how it should perform because I bought this "new" one to replace my old one. I did contact the manufacturer to tell them what I received and they confirmed that I did not receive a new Blue Diamond robot. After 2 weeks of sending pictures and communicating with Pool Supply World, I had enough. We are going a different route to try to get our money back. We need a pool robot that works. The thing that makes me the most angry is that if I had not had a Blue Diamond in the past, I would never have known that what I received was not a new product. This is disgraceful. "
"I ordered from Pool Supply World, but could not find the discount message I had seen earlier in the day. I indicated I was disappointed that I could not find the code and get the $5.00 discount. Their customer service representative was gracious enough to put in for the discount even after the order was received. Above and beyond. Five bucks is five bucks, right?"

"Omg! Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong part. Had to call at least 5 times and send 4 emails to try to return over 11 day period, ordered off amazon got correct part next day. Then they tried to resend after 2 emails and 2 calls saying I wanted to return for a refund since they didn't send the right part, and this was over a week later. They are terrible, 1st and last time shopping with them. They don't even have products, they outsource from 3rs parties."

"Admittedly, it was my fault. I ordered the wrong LED bulb for my pool. I ordered a 120V bulb while mine is a 12V light. I realized this as soon as I got the bulb and never opened the sealed box. Naturally, the 12V bulb was more expensive, but I ordered it anyway. The return took about a month.. I was sent an email claiming it had a return label attached, with no attachements. I had to call and wait, and wait, til I finally got a return label. Even though the box went back in prime condition and the product never opened, they charged their restocking fee. I feel in a case like that, me paying the return shipping is completely fair; I screwed up when I placed the order. But, the restocking fee for something that was never even opened.. No. Poolsupplyworld got their restocking fee, but I will never order from them again. To many companies like Amazon have made returns much easier and painless. I don't return much as a consumer, but this company clearly wants to discourage anything to do with returns. Order at your own risk.."

"I don't care how great ones business is, they are not immune to sending out a defective product. It's what the company does to rectify the problem. I had such a incident with a flo-valve I ordered. It was not working correctly, I ordered a replacement (as I needed it right away), and they forwarded a call tag from FEDEX to have defective one sent back. I got my new one (worked fine) within 48 hours. I am hopeful I will get the credit for the initial one with such ease. I will follow up if I have any concerns!"
