"I paid for 2nd day air on Wednesday afternoon but the product is not going to arrive until Monday, 5 days later!!! I was given the bs excuse of a 10am cutt off time. 10AM!! No where was I told about this. Heck, why is 2nd day air an option after 10am? I just moved to Texas from Phoenix. The company use I worked for in PHX, has a 3pm cut off time. 3pm!! To allow customers time, 10am is just being lazy. I should have been refunded or called immediately and given the option to change shipping options. I really needed this part on Friday. I mean seruously, after 10pm on Wednesday the 2nd day air option should be disabled or have a red warning with it. I got a call from a local dealer who could have the part for me on Friday, so I called pool world supply and asked about returning it. I was told it would be a $10 charge plus a 15% restocking fee. I am pretty sure I will never order from here again. This company has great prices and in my honest opinion, they can easily compete with others online. Why do they feel they need to screw over and nickel and dime customers? "

"I ordered three items from Pool Supply World and none of them arrived on time. In addition one the items did not show at all and I had to reorder. When it arrived it was broken and it delayed my project by more than a month. However, that was not the worst of my experience with Pool Supply World. I requested the other items be returned and they refused. They told me the items were special order and therefore could not be returned. At no time during the ordering process or at the confirmation of my order was it indicated these were special order and could not be returned. I have written to them more than five times and the answer is always the same. If an item cannot be returned, this should made very clear during the ordering process. I have never been more disappointed in a supplier in my life. This cost me more than $1200. This company is not to be trusted. They pay lip service to real customer service. I will never do business with them again and I suggest you stay away as well. "
"I needed a pool cover net to keep out leaves. I also ordered a pillow to keep it from sagging. They were on sale. Only one suggestion. The air pillow came in a padded envelope and just fit. It was hard to open the fold over flap so I used a knife opener not knowing what was in the envelope. I might have nicked the pillow. I will know when I put it into service. It is just a suggestion but the padded envelope might not be the best shipping solution. Thanks for speedy shipping and great prices."
"I went in to buy a sand filter 60D and instead I was confirmed as buying the 50D which was the wrong one I needed.
I asked them to stop the delivery as it was the wrong one and they told me its too late. When I got the package delivered, I never opened it and they said they would still take out for restocking fee or 15% and 10.00 shipping.
The box was never opened as it was the wrong one, why would I have to open it.
Restocking fee was for repackaging it, shrinkwrapping it and putting it back on the shelf. (lot of work). It was never opened so why do they still charge the 15% for restocking it? What did they have to do?
They never offered me a break on return price for this and still charged me the 10.00 shipping fee, when it was the wrong one.
They don't take each person as an individual problem, just go by the price they set and don't care about the peoples problems."
