"This company is a fine example of one that you should never do business with. I recently purchased materials to winterize my pool. They were supposed to be received promptly. I gave them a few extra days to arrive and then reached out via the chat function on the Pool Supply World Website. The rep told me that they would not arrive for another week. Needing to get my pool winterized before I left town, I requested a cancelation and then purchased the needed materials locally. The following day I received a notification that my items have shipped. I had already replaced the items as I was told they would be a week out. Now I am stuck with more materials then I need. So, I requested a return without penalty. They refuse. Don’t buy form this company if you need items in a timely manner or have a reasonable expectation of service. They take your money and don’t deliver as promised. "

"Thought I was buying a pool solar cover reel set but was only buying the reel ends - who buys the real ends only. I called them to order the poles that go along with it - well sir you are going to have to call the manufacturer of the product and see what set fits those reels then you can call us back to and them - good thing I don't work for a living and have tome to spend on the the phone - How ridiculous!
Now I want to return the reels and they want $15 to return and 15% restocking fee. Come on. never again!"
