"Bought a spa pump and wanted to return it because my spa sprang leaks from sitting empty before connecting pump. Since water ran through the pump when i was filling the spa, PoolSupplyworld would not allow me to return the pump when I decided the leaks weren't worth fixing. They said I could not return the pump if water went through the pump. WATER!! for God sake.
What a rip! Their return policy says 30 days to return and that was it......Had I known this would be the case, I would have shopped around. Too bad for them. I am buying a spa, Spa cover, chemicals etc from another company any company but this one. They lost a potential great customer."

I was surprised that it arrived so quickly. I opted for standard shipping but it arrived in 2 days anyway! The part was also an actual Hayward part. The order was easy to place, an unbelievable price , arrived sooner than expected, and was a genuine Hayward part. It is working fine so far. I didn't see any info on a warranty though or return information if it malfunctions. Otherwise great experience and would recommend site to others!"
