My order was moved few times on delivery and each time about THREE weeks later what is already TWO month delay. And a special all it happened during hot summer and pool season. I rated with one star because there is no "ZERO" star rating.

then it took way to long to get an RMA. After sending the damaged unit back, no one ever asked about shipping a replacement, after several emails, chat sessions, and a couple of phone calls which occurred over a two week period they finally sent another unit. Making a customer wait two weeks to replace a damaged unit is just unacceptable. No follow up, no follow through from the customer service people at Pool Supply world, that's just very poor customer service especially on an $800 + order. I shouldn't give any stars at all, except for your service person Yuri, who did her best to get this mess fixed.

I also had to return another part of my order (device didn't work) and over a month later still have not received a credit for that return. Poor Poor Poor service. emailed almost 14 days ago t inquire about the refund, no response, emailed again today 7/11/2019.

I immediately called pool supply world and e-mailed them to cancel the order. Pool Supply World Shipped the order any way. After talking to customer support, they agreed to not charge me return shipping or return stocking. However, never have sent me a return shipping label despite 3 follow ups. Now that charge is still on my card, no one has helped me ship it back despite 3 communications with customer support, and I am feeling swindled."
