"I ordered something from PoolSupplyWorld.com Still waiting for my product 11 days ago, and the order is still "Processing...". I called PoolSupplyWorld.com last week and was told they'd look into the issue and get back to me by the next morning at the latest.
First off, this is ridiculous to wait for an item which is allegedly in stock. Secondly, it's ridiculous that I can't get a resolution to my issue while I'm on the phone w/ customer support.
