"I called in to confirm that the parts I needed were in stock prior to placing my order online. I was assured by the representative that the parts were in stock and I should receive them in about 5 days. 5 days later I received an email stating that the parts were not in stock and they would have to be ordered from the manufacturer pushing my delivery by 2-3 weeks. I needed the parts in a hurry and I would have purchased them somewhere else if they didn't have them. I'm a little irritated that they waited 5-6 days to tell me that they didn't have them, I could have spent that time getting them from someone else. So I am filling out this survey and still don't have the parts I ordered, not sure if I'll ever get them."
