My old polaris 380 is not working. Read at the web that PSW had good discounted prices. Based on price and the specs in their web site, decided to buy a 360, but later through reading some reviews found that the model 360 does not work with my pool lines and buster pump. I checked it again by phone with a kind PSW staff that confirmed that the 360 model was already send by UPS and may need more adaptations to work in my pool.
After one week still have not received the polaris 360. Will have to return it to PSW (at my own cost) and buy the model 380 that is the only that will work in my pool. Will have to spend more than anticipated and wait extra time for the right model. PSW should warn in the web about this potential problem for former owners of polaris 380."
