"Happy to have found this site. We would have spent almost as much for an inferior vacuum. The vacuum arrived in the manufactures box and was easy to assemble. Lead times were also very acceptable. One thing I would note is that we purchased a solar cover and it shipped in a large plastic bag. There were a couple snags from being drug around by the freight company. May want to look at different packaging to limit damage in transit"
