"Ordered it on the 12th...its the 21st now and still not shipped. They have called twice since my order, once to tell me the manufacturer was not yet done making them! And again to tell me it would ship on the 21st, but there is no sign of it having shipped.

Of course I had picked Pool Supply World because their internet price was about $10 less than everyone else for this part AND they had free shipping. I checked on their website today and the price for the part was raised by $50!! So apparently they ran an internet special to raise cash to make an order with the manufacturer! (They charged my card right away)

I have no reason to think I will not get this part eventually, and for the price I payed, but it was kind of tricky to run such a good price on the internet for things they didn't have in stock!!"
