"Powernotebooks.com offered excellent customer service and the products they sell are generally accepted as being the best gaming laptops on the market. I was in the market to replace a Sager laptop that was unfortunately stolen back in May 2010. I got in touch with Donald Stratton, one of the proprietors of Powernotebooks.com, to explain that I wanted a monster 17" laptop for gaming and entertainment. Donald listened and guided me to the ASUS G73jh-QM1, one of their inhouse modified laptops. Powernotebooks.com is one of the ASUS Certified Upgrade Retailers so they can modify th ASUS products anyway you want, and the factory warranty stays intact. The QM1 that they modified with better processor, RAM, thermal paste,and most importantly I had mine specifically modified with a Crucial C300 SSD drive for monster performance.
When I got he laptop everything worked great and did not have any of the common problems that are complained about online regarding the G73jh. However, the keybard was bulging by the right shift key and dipping by the F4 key. I emailed Donald the day I got the laptop, and he called me back immediately and took care of the problem by immediately sending me a brand new keyboard and offered to install it if I did not feel comfortable doing it myself. Luckily, I am pretty savvy with electronics and replaced the keyboard without any complications. Other than the keyboard everything was perfect, and after the new keyboard was in the laptop I now have a perfect laptop.

Over all an excellent experience!
