Short story: Excellent customer service a lot of patience and lightning fast response time (representative: Donald Stratton). Additionally I would also mention very fast delivery and great condition of the product.

In details: Getting the product you pay for is obvious. However, the thing you should really consider is customer service. I don’t live in the US but I still wanted to buy the G73JH (it isn’t sold in my country yet). I decided to order the laptop and get it shipped to a colleague of mine. Afterwards I planned to pick it up on my business trip. Adding to the hassle the laptop was in a “Pre-Order” status. As a result, I couldn’t know the exact arrival day in advance – meaning that if there had been delays the laptop could have arrived after I had left the US.
I had a strict time frame and a lot of questions. I probably sent a dozen mails just to make sure everything works out. All my questions were answered very fast (in less than a day) with full details and a lot of patience. I made a wire transfer to powernotebooks, a company located half a world away from where I live. This shows that I really trust them."

The new laptop WORKS GREAT!! I love it. It is so very very fast and smooth. True Mobil laptop not a portable 15 pound desktop the others are selling.

The lighted keys are the bomb and what I was hoping for since I work late at night and in front of the TV in a darker room. You can see all the keys perfectly without being blinded.

Anyway, thanks for the great support and I am very happy with this laptop which is by far the best one I have ever had. Communication and support are tops with this company.

"These guys are such a pleasure to do business with. I was always able to get in touch with either Donald or Tim at PowerNotebooks.com. I could write a really long review about these guys and their great service, but I will try to keep it short.

I ordered a Sager NP8760 in December. I was informed by Donald that the machine was on back-order from Sager. He assured me that I would not be charged until the machine shipped. When the machine became available, I was contacted by Donald and he informed me that my new notebook had shipped and that my credit card was charged. I also received a tracking number obviously. I received my machine and loved the power that it possessed.
A few days into using it I noticed that there were a couple issues with the lid catching the main chassis. I informed Donald about this and he told me that I could send it back to Sager to be repaired or replaced. He put me in touch with the technical support at Sager and made sure that everything was being taken care of.

A week later, I learned about the ASUS G73JH that was going to be shipping soon and was ~$500 cheaper as well. I informed Tim tat I was highly interested in this new ASUS machine. He told me that I would be able to return the Sager in exchange for the ASUS and be credited back the difference in price.

I decided to go this route. I returned my Sager NP8760 in exchange for the ASUS G73JH. This ASUS was a hot item, and was on back-order at EVERY REPUTABLE reseller. Donald informed me of this back-order and once again told me he would notify me when it shipped. He notified me a few weeks later and I have been loving this ASUS beast for the past few weeks.

These guys were such a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable and will help you pick the best machine for your uses. They will try to save you money wherever possible. They will also be around after you receive your machine for any assistance you may need.

Sorry for the long winded review, but this review was long overdue and I needed to let them know how happy I am that I chose them to do business with them.
