"I just recieved my notebook from power notebooks and all I can say is wow, what a great company. To start, when you call them, you dont get a bunch of buttons to push; you get straight to a real live person within 2 rings, and they all speak english.

When I first called up I told them I would be leaving town soon and asked if my order would make it in time. They told me they would do everything they could to get it to me on time. Then, 3 days before my order was due, I found out I would have to leave town a day early. I called them up and they managed to get my order rushed so that it arrived on time.
