The Quality of both their new and used products is the way it should be, operational. Their used products operate like new and the only difference between new and used is maybe a few blemishes and minor scratches(on external parts only, all internal electronics look brand new). Both their support and sales teams are knowledgable and extremely helpful and make sure you buy the proper part for your equipment. Not only does Powerbookmedic sell individual parts for "Do It yourselfers" (which will save you money!) they also offer mail in repair for those less technically inclined. AND they even go a step further and have video/step by step tutorials and sell apporpriate tools to help you take apart and fix your precious electronics and get them operating properly once again.

Opening a package from Powerbookmedic will cause you do sigh extremely relieved. Inside, your precious electronic parts are safely wrapped in more than adequate bubblewrap and all the electronics are in static proof bags to insure safety while in transit and storage so when you take them out they're in the exact operational state they were when they left Powerbookmedic. I personally haven't received a defective product/part from this seller, but having dealt with some of their team members has left me satisfied that they will take very good care to ensure that you are completely satisfied with what you've received from them.
