"This was the first time I tried to fix my own computer and I found the video to be very helpful. I replaced the super drive. I wish the video had a more complete description of of how to remove the speaker wires, as I pulled up one instead of sliding it out and I broke a pin. Other wise I am very pleased with the rebuilt super drive I purchased."

"I am very happy with the service...I had an option to get a new laptop for maybe $1000 or upgrade everything about the MacBook for around $500. It was an easy call. The service was good and the hardware is, so far, perfect. I had priced additional RAM and your price for the same amount, installed, was about half. One of the things I liked the most was that I didn't have to transfer any of the data like I would have with a new machine...it was part of your service and greatly appreciated.
The one thing that I think could be looked into on your end is the shipping agent. Points should be given for ease of the shipping process but when the computer was returned, the box was completely unsecured and the machine was bouncing around in the styrofoam. I don't know who dropped the ball as far as securing the box but I would lean towards UPS. I ordered a computer 15 years ago that mysteriously disappeared enroute. It was very hard to deal with UPS about this. I would suggest looking into shipping with Fedex.
Luckily, though the computer wasn't damaged even though it was loose and it looks great and seems to be functioning well."

"My only complaint is that while your repair page said repairs are taking 3 days, I'm not sure if that included the diagnosis time. While the actual repair time only took 2 days, the diagnosis time (from reception on your end) was 3 days until I received a diagnosis and query as to proceed or not. I am very happy with the repair.
