"Requested an update on my delayed order and was told the order was being processed and we don't work weekends, that's great customer service (sarcastic). My order was split up, I was suppose to receive at % back on my order, due to the delay, I haven't checked to see if that actually happened yet. When I finally received my custom T-shirt, they run very small, I would say 1-2 sizes smaller. Since this shirt is customized, I'm not even going to bother requesting a refund, its to close to the weekend to hear back from them"

"I work for a school as a Performance Coach and have always ordered from BSN and have never had any problems. On the other hand this company I will never again order anything from them again. Today is the 20th and I place my order on the 6th and my order still hasn't been processed. I'm not for sure how long it will take or even if football season will be over before I received my order. "NO" I will never recommend or order from them again. Working as a store manager for years with Company's like Foot Locker and JC Penny, customer service always has been a top priority this company has a lot to learn when it comes to customer service."

"Aliyah, when you place an online order, do you
1)Expect the vendor to ask you to read their FAQ section to provide up-to-date time frames so that you can be aware of how long your order can take prior to placing the order? If you miss the information, would you expect the vendor to simply apologize ow that they have your money? Would you think it was right that they ask YOU to reach out if you have any questions before YOU place an order if anything isn't made clear or is still being questioned?? Doesn’t that seem bizarre??
2)Expect the vendor to tell you, weeks later, that they are literally hand-cutting each t-shirt from scratch and therefore it will likely take such a long time for your order that they cannot even tell you when you will get it (remember – they still have your money and tell you that you missed your initial 2-hour window to cancel). Somehow, you (the consumer) only get 2 hours, but this vendor can take as long as they want?? With your money??
3)Expect the vendor to not return emails in a timely manner? Not man their online chat feature? And not offer a return out of common decency after their own late-offered timeline (September 15) came and went without a word spoken??
Prep Sportswear is not a company. PS is not in business for its customers. PS has no regard for service, quality, or the trust bond that every vendor should have with their customer. PS should be GRATEFUL for the business brought to them, not put the burden of their poor business practices on the shoulders of unsuspecting consumer who just wants a shirt."
I will not be canceling the dispute and they will not likely refund me OR give me the shirt I ordered 3+ weeks ago.
*Edit: it is September 16. I ordered the shirt on August 25. I still do not have the shirt, a confirmation of shipping, or a refund. These people are terrible and I hope this review will enable someone to decide to order their alma mater sportswear from any of the other MILLIONS of places that would not do this to you.
*Edit: they went back and forth to say they told me it wld take from 8/25-9/15 to get 1 shirt. I have one email which says nothing about the turnaround time - only that I have 2 hrs to cancel. They are dishonest and won't allow cancel/refund. Fraudulent. *
8/31 - I placed an order over a week ago, was told I would get a message when it shipped, and as of yet I have heard absolutely nothing. I clicked on "track my order" and there was no information to track. I sent them a message, but it is already going to be too late even if they overnight it. I can't believe they took almost $40 for a T-shirt and didn't give me the courtesy of an email after a full 8 days for some kind of status explanation."

"I wish I had read all those negative reviews first. What an idiot I am.... so here is my story.... placed an order with them on 8/25 in the pm. Contacted them early on 8/26 to cancel. Was told I could not because per policy cancellations had to be made in the first 2hrs after order is placed. Okay, that is fine. I am a rule follower. But then, got an automated e-mail on 9/7 saying my order was ready to print. Think about this one second.... they could not process my cancellation request just a few hours after my order was placed but it took them 2 full weeks to just start printing??? Meaning probably now another 2 weeks before I get the goods? What a joke. I actually do not even need the t-shirts anymore as too much time has elapsed. The reality is I don't think at this point I will even receive anything. I believe the other reviews and this must not be a legitimate business but a pure scam."

"The site experience was really simple and nice - I had many styles to choose from. The shipping was a little slow, but bearable. When I received the shirts they were beautifully printed, but upon putting them on, they were WAY smaller than expected. I ordered an XL and it was tight on me (a petite woman). I wondered if it was just because the chest, but I made my husband put it on and it was the same way. Very short and tight. Wouldn’t recommend buying these unless you go two sizes up. "
