"I ordered two body suits both the same size but when I got them both of the tags said sizes 16 that’s not the size that I order the first body suit I got was too small and the second body suit that I got was too big I waited three weeks to get my package every time I kept tracking my package the estimated reliever date would change and get pushed out long. Now they won’t let me exchange anything for a different size and they won’t let me get my money back."

"I bought 200 worth CAD and they sent wrong items, I then returned items and they sent me only 1/4th of my return after weeks and weeks of trying to get ahold of somebody and numerous emails. finally somebody rudely told me it was the credit cards company's fault for not converting the u.k dollar amount I called bank they said that was absurd it is automatically I got numerous excuses to back track me. it was completely on purpose. I finally gave up trying to get my money back no products. ugh... it was horrible I personally think some people do get their products but it'**** or miss. like if your lucky you will if your not your getting scammed and once you pay that's it if they don't feel like giving you your money back you don't get it. very disappointing. Their customer service team is incredibly dismissive, particularly, Irfan and Katherine, who both said they would investigate my claim, but never contacted my again to let me know how their 'investigation' was going.
No one is giving me the answer to my only question: Where is my order?

"I shipped my return to the address sent for returns. Order was received by seller warehouse on 10-30. I’ve yet to receive anything, no emails or refund. I opened a case with PayPal and that was denied because PLT said I did not return the items. Sad part I still have the return USPS tracking showing that it was delivered. I also was in contact with PLT customer service who mentioned yes they reviewed my tracking info but I would have to wait 21 more days for items to reach their warehouse... is this a joke??!! Like seriously I have to wait over a month for a $53 refund??? When it took less than a few mins to process my order and take my funds?

"My daughter ordered a dress, they took her money, then we got an email saying refund on way with 3 to 5 days as dress out of stock! They should not take you money in the 1st place if dress unavailable this needs to be stated on their website. So daughter has no dress and no money to buy another as needs to wait for her refund. "I am very disappointed with the experience i have had with PLT. They first sent me the wrong item and then told me they could not send me the correct one, even though the item i wanted was still available in my size on their website. They told me I had to send back the incorrect item first and pay for shipping and then i would get refunded. Second, I returned an item and never saw the refund. I contacted them, and they said they never received it, even though the postage tracking said it had arrived. PLT owes me money as well as the correct product. DO NOT ORDER WITH PLT. The customer services is HORRIBLE and you will end up just losing money. Go to other sites like ASOS; they are much better."
"One of the worst customer service experiences ever.. I have given this website multiple tries but everytime my cancel either gets cancelled or some other lame excuse. I am so outraged, I had to follow up myself one time and it was a very big order only to be told that they cancelled my order and they admitted it was their fault but no compensation or legitmate reason behind this, they said it was "their bad". You cannot speak to anybody, you just get emails from a different person every time asking for exactly the same information and then telling me that they have had a problem with their refund system but it will be fixed within 24 /48 hours.
