"I ordered 2 items from you and they were of a good quality when they eventually came. I ordered next day delivery and I had an email to say they had been delivered when they had not. Therefore I emailed pretty little thing to complain and ask where my parcel was. In the end the parcel arrived the day after however I needed the dress I purchased for that night as I was going out. Therefore I wasted money on a dress as that was the only occasion I bought it for. However the thing that has dissapointed me most is the fact I emailed the customer services team and they never replied I emailed again and still nothing. I will never purchase anything from yourselves again as you are an unreliable company and do not respond to customer complaints which I think is unbelievable seeming as you are an online only company and therefore should have a good communication line between yourselves and the customers who you have taken money from"
"Much the same as other reviews I placed an order on next day delivery on the 1st Jan that has failed to arrive Hermes stated problems accessing my address ( I live on a main rd). I've now contacted PLT in excess off 12 times only to be fobbed off if they bother responding at all. This is the 4th order with PLT. The first didn't arrive 2nd did but not next day as stated. 3rd delivered to wrong address 4th still waiting as of now.
I have raised a case on resolver and would encourage people to do the same I've also posted on their Facebook page.... that response is also a joke!!!! All in all they need to spend less on advertising campaigns and something on decent customer service I'm seriously considering organising a protest outside their offices!!!!!

"I've ordered from PLT a few times. I realised that the majority of items are awful quality but I gave them a few chances. One of my friends also told me that they take weeks to refund you. December 2017 I placed an order for 5 items and paid £3.99 for delivery. It was supposedly out for delivery when Hermes requested a return to sender. There was absolutely no reason for this as my order was supposed to be delivered to a shop via collectplus. Hermes are a terrible delivery service. PLT refunded me, however they kept £2.50 and this was not the delivery fee. I emailed asking why they kept £2.50 and they refunded it. Stupidly, I re-ordered the items that I wanted to try. I received the second order, discovered that one of the dresses was faulty and the rest was cheap/poor quality. So I returned it all. Again, I received a refund, and this time it was short of £3.65. After emailing them asking why them keep short changing me they refunded it with no explanation. I hope everyone checks their refund amounts as it's very suspicious that this happened to me twice within one month. If they do this to every customer they will make a lot of money. "
"I place an order about November 26 for a dress and a bra for a staff party on December 8th. Due to overwhelming orders, expected delivery said December 6th. December 6 arrived and no package. tracked, emailed and nothing. Got an email saying package was delivered on the 9th, however the shipping company (fedex) had left the package at the local post office because this was the option that pretty little things paid for. Anyways the package was finally delivered on 12. The size of the package alone told me something was wrong. Since i don't live in the US, the package carried additional shipping cost and customs duty charges of $50. When i opened the package it contained a pair of black boots and biker jacket which explained why from the shipping invoice i was paying for something weighing 9 lbs. Imagine that, a dress and a bra which would have cost me about $9 to clear (the cost of clearing an item is based on the weight and value), never got shipped. Rather because of pretty little things error i am being asked to pay a charge of $50, not to mention the returns aren't free and would cost me an additional $40 to return to them. I spent $75 on the site for the dress and bra. Returning the item would cost me $80. I left the package with the shipping company. I have been emailing pretty little things back and forth with this issue and they kept bullshitting me. Finally yesterday 6th January they send me an email saying that they are sorry they cannot help me.This site is very dishonest and accepts no responsibility for their error. I am disgusted and will spread the word to others to be careful with them."

"They are using some very cheap courier for international delivery. So if you don't live in UK or anywhere near that I really don't suggest buying from this store because it will be a long delivery time or it will get lost somewhere because the ratings of the courier that was provided to me are terrible. You can find more reviews on this store from other websites and a lot of them complain about delivery, not even a quality of clothing or something, but delivery itself!!
It was the first experience with this store and it was the worst, the only good think is well they refunded me the money pretty quick....because oh yeah some customers don't get their money back so fast.

"Terrible quality fabrics. Item returned back to them after wearing it twice and washing it once. Didn't even last one wash! Returned it back in November. STILL waiting for a refund. Cheeky b*stards only refunded the postage. Have now escalated it to a PayPal claim. Avoid this website like the plague. No customer service telephone number, no live chat, no reply to emails... they don't even reply back to PayPal's emails!
Normally, I'd say that you get get what you pay for, but in this instance what you get is worth only a fraction of what you paid for it."
"Love the clothes, the customer service is shocking though. I placed an order in early December for the guaranteed to be here by Christmas offer. On top of that I did express tracked shipping to ensure I would get my items. The first problem was the tracking number, completely did not work and completely wrong but I thought no worries I'll get an update when they were going to deliver it the day of. The Friday before Christmas rolls around and whilst I was at work I got a message stating the my parcel was to be delivered that day so I thought amazing right on time. Wrong. The parcel was a 'signature required' parcel and instead their couriers decided to leave it at the front door where it was then stolen. How do I know this you may ask? Because there were 2 parcels, one containing clothes and the other containing a singular pair of earrings. Guess which was at the door, the earrings. Contacted the courier they have no clue as they said on their end it was never dropped off and I said well I can assure you I've got one parcel here and no one signed as we were all at work so it was just dumped there. I then contacted the company who were completely shocking. They messed me around for days, in the end I had to submit a statutory declaration saying I never received the parcel and I had asked for compensation. They stated, and I have this in writing, that they would provide me a 50% REFUND on a second order. I refused to do that until I got my first order refunded. So already we are at about 3 weeks with no order and no clothes.
Today (01/01/2018) I placed the order, used the discount code as I did the first order and once placed contacted them to state that I've processed the order so please can I have the 50% refund as stated. Basically in summary they're not honouring that because I used a discount code even though the initial interaction never stated this clause. Overall I'm completely angry, there's no contact number they refuse to call me and everything is online. I'm honestly considering legal action but have no idea where to start. I had been ordering off them for about a year and massive $500 orders at that so to be treated this way has completely put me off this company. They're all con artists never again, I would never recommend this company and genuinely I used to be such a strong supporter."

It is now the end of December 2017 and I have yet to receive my order.
I have tried to track the parcel in the past few weeks but they prematurely closed the tracking system.
For weeks, the tracking message said it had arrived in my city (Melb, AU) and then all of a sudden, the tracking system closed.

"I've ordered from PLT a couple of times now and my experience has been horrible. They answer your messages, however shipping is horrible and DHL's overall service is bad. I placed an order using standard shipping. I was told I wouldn't receive it until 1/13/18 I placed another order with express shipping and was told it would arrive 12/29/17. It never came. The driver didn't attempt to deliver it but claims my address was incorrect even though I've had items shipped to me from PLT before. Worst experience ever. I won't be ordering from here again."

"I ordered my package Tuesday morning at 11:59 am and it was only dispatched Thursday morning at 6:40 am. I emailed customer service twice and I am yet to hear back from them. "I brought a few items costing me £60 and when it arrived the quality of all items was shocking! i had got some leggings that were extremely see threw and material was so thin and baggy quoting they were "high waisted" more like you could pull them up to your chest! Then couldn't even get a jumper on because the head hole was made for the worlds smallest head. The other items weren't so bad but decided to return it all with labels and in original packaging. I emailed to inform that i had sent my item back a few days later with a following email saying i would be informed when they receive it. i kept emailing them for weeks asking about the item and my refund and wasn't getting a clear answer to what was going so checked my tracking and it had been delivered 8 days prior to the weeks of emailing, so wasn't told they received it and still hadn't got my refund even though they told me it takes 3-5 days so i kept emailing them and 3 days later would get a reply saying basically the same crap that it will appear in my bank in 5 days yet it has been 7 days and still nothing! Even asked for a direct number to contact and proof of a refund and they have ignored me every time. Would never shop with them again so over priced for the crap they sent me and feed you lies about your refund... Stay away from ever purchasing things from PLT. I will not stop till i get my refund!!!"
"If I could rate them with less than one star I definitely would. Firstly, they got me waiting for my order for more than 25 days giving me absolutely no information of what was going wrong. I had to write them several times asking about it and besides the fact that they took more than 4 days to answer each e-mail, they didn't have absolutely no idea about the issue. Finally, they told me that my order wasn't coming and that I would get a "full refund" which resulted in me loosing 18€ that they never refunded.
I will never buy again in this website and I will tell everyone about this."
