Wrong item received

"They sent me the wrong item, told me they could not send the correct one till I sent the wrong one back. Once I returned the item, they refunded me instead of sending me my item, then told me that this was a mistake, and I had to re-order and pay the postage again. I tried to do this, yet the item was fully sold out and back up at full price rather than the sale price. Very bad customer service, stay clear. They even have a return box for being sent the wrong item, so it must happen often!"

HORRIBLE

"the customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have ordered a few items from here 1 month ago and accidentally shipped it to the wrong a dress . I emailed them right away and it said someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours and they responded a day later saying “ there is nothing we can do “ first of all maybe if you had a damn phone number this would’ve been resolved right away it’s been one month and I have yet to receive my package I’m extremely furious I will NEVERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Order from this website EVERRR again nor will my friends and family members this is absolutely unacceptable. "

Lost Parcel...Good Customer Service

"I’m very sad because I ordered a package one day, and then again two days later. I got my first package fairly quickly, but then I never received my second package even though it was ordered two days after. I’m sad because I wanted the second package more than the first. The customer service was great, but hate how I had to wait until a certain day to get my refund back. Guess they have to have great customer service because they are constantly losing packages :( "

Package got lost but customer service was superb

"I ordered a lot of items that were on sale 50% off and after not receiving it on the day it was going to arrive I have contacted customer service through WhatsApp. First off I live in California and work nights and it was surprising to find out that they have ppl available to help 24/7! My customer service rap was Jummara and she explained what happened and offered full refund. The whole convo took less then 5mins and it was extremely friendly. Am I sad that package was lost? Yes and that’s why I took off a star from 5 star rating but I am relieved to know that it was such an easy fix. Thank you!"

"I Facebook messaged PLT to find out where my order was and within 10 minutes Hannah had messaged me back, explaining that as I hadn’t placed the order until after 10pm on Friday the delivery would arrive on Sunday. Really happy that I had a clear response from Hannah who had obviously taken the time to actually check my account. "

DO NOT ORDER

"Seems like this is an ongoing issue. Mine was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, however tracking details have not been updated since the 3/11/19. I have emailed and was asked to wait till the 12th which was the expected delivery date I paid for. At this point I am not interested in the drama, I will be requesting a refund. It **** to have to consider involving banks, BBB, and other regulatory entities, but that might become the only resort for customers"
