"I ordered neon green belts in 3 different sizes. I received one size in the neon color that I wanted and received an ugly green in the other two sizes. I emailed them about the situation. Customer service in turn is telling me I cannot return the belts or get a refund because it was a "sale" item. Just because it is a sale and may have ran out of what I originally paid for doesn't give you the right to give me what you think is fit! First of all how dare you tell me I can not return or get a refund when I DID NOT ORDER THAT COLOR. They gave me any green color that they felt like putting in my shipment. What they should have done was contact me via email and let ME make that decision. I will NEVER give this company my money ever again. You have been warned. And not to mention customer service ****. You guys need training from the beginning to the end."

"If I could give this business a negative one star I would! Their customer service is absolute garbage! I placed an order a week and a half before my event. I called to see if I could upgrade shipping, to make sure that the items got to me in time. I had the customer service rep telling me that it was my poor planning that was at fault. At no point did I ask for their opinion. I was just calling to find out the price to upgrade my shipping. When they told me it would be from $80-$120, basically the cost of my whole order, I was a little bit surprised . At which point he started to tell me, with a snappy and brash tone, that they were not Amazon and that they could not bargain shipping prices, and again it was my poor planning that had led up to this problem. At no point was I trying to bargain shipping costs or anything of the sort ! I was just surprised at the cost to upgrade shipping is all! When contacting the company about it they sent an aggressive email threatening to take legal action if I “harass” them. Seems like after looking at reviews that’s their normal. So awful. Upon reaching out to this company via their live chat they were extremely rude in their responses to my questions. They had a color option listed on the item but no pictures of the product in that color, when I asked if I could be sent one or directed to a picture I was met with the message "No and no no no your too specific we don't want to deal with too specific." I was willing to work within their text limitations, but after that message, they lost out on a high volume purchase and money in their pockets. "

Products: Fine, but a bit pricey for their cheap quality
Other: Was quoted 8-10 days delivery prior to purchasing, and so I paid $78USD shipping thinking I would get my items within two weeks. Instead it took about 30-34 business days. The items were for a surprise party and missed the deadline, causing me to run around last minute repurchasing replacements. The package was never shipped using a service that would meet that deadline (I'm from out of USA so I wasn't familiar with their types of postage) and there was only one option offered, which STARTS at a 25day delivery window.
Tried to contact customer service many times, my questions were either dodged entirely or flat out not answered. Never found out why I was told the initial 8-10 days and the company refused to acknowledge the mistake or take responsibility. Emails became rude and unprofessional. Company began accusing me of being a fraudster and lied to PayPal saying I never even attempted to track/contact shipping companies (all previous communication verified that I had on many occasions, however it is not the shipping company's fault that PIP gave me wrong information).
The whole ordeal was taxing and took up a lot of my time, plus the added stress of the late delivery, expensive cost, and unprofessional and unhelpful responses from the company.
I regret ever using them and would avoid them like COVID"
