"I placed an order for 16 hats for a party on a Monday. By Wednesday, my money was refunded. I contacted customer service online and was met with a very rude rep, Kelly. I called the number and was told that the items I wanted were sold out one hour before I ordered. They now had them with a new vendor for more than double the cost. The customer rep on the phone, Joseph, tried to be helpful, but would require me to give my full credit card info over the phone. Considering how i had already been treated and not knowing much about the company. I declined to give the info. Joseph was helpful, but the rudeness of Kelly was unacceptable. I will never order from them again."

Customer Service is rude extremely rude and the man gave me a lecture on how I need to do the right thing and spend the extra money for shipping when I actually ordered these 2 weeks ago and they cancelled my order with no email letting me know it was cancelled due to online being wrong and their inventory was out. He said I should know they cancelled my order by having the extra money back into my account. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes and 19 of those minutes was him interrupting me and not letting me talk to anyone else but him. The manwas very unprofessional and thought he was not in the wrong because he hadn't yelled or cussed at me.
Please know Information on the website is inaccurate and product availability is not correct. Their communication is non existence until you call them wondering where your order is. NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL! The man also told me I would never get a full refund - they would charge me 30% for restocking fee and then later emailed me telling me that my order is non-refundable. "
