"I bought an upgraded bouquet that was delivered looking nothing like what I picked out. It was in a container that did not fit the flowers, the flowers were a poor excuse for substitutes. Honestly, it was embarrassing. If I lived in the same city as the person we bought them for, or even the same state, I could have purchased a bouquet at Sams Club, and it would have been 1/5 of the price and just as good. Or better. It's a shameful practice to advertise bouquets and not be able to deliver what is ordered."

"I ordered flowers to be sent to my wife while she was staying with her daughter who had surgery. As I was ordering I was advised that the flowers I want sent were not available for same day delivery but they could be delivered the next business day. Be that I ordered on a Saturday I felt that Monday would be the day when the flowers were delivered. On Monday I called for proflowers and asked why the flowers weren't being delivered. I was told by the customer service representative that they don't deliver on Monday and that my flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday when I called customer service at proflowers they once again told me oh they were sorry The flowers would not be delivered on Tuesday They would be delivered on Wednesday. Of course just has the two previous days they promised these things. On Wednesday late in the evening the flowers were finally delivered. What a great disappointment is my wife was leaving the next day to return home and obviously couldn't carry the flowers on the plane for her early morning flight. Very disappointed and proflowers. They'd always been wonderful before. This time I was very disappointed to let down. I was told where we'll give you a $15 discount on your next order. I don't know if they will be the next order with this company."

"I have great experiences with pro flowers. They are always to help and satisfy their customers! One time I didn't think they sent the flowers I had ordered and they were helpful saying I should call the my customer and I did, they apologised and said they were so busy and forgot to call and thank me. So I gave my apology to Pro Flowers!
