I ordered flowers a week in advance for my mother‘s 90th birthday. I am in a different state, and she is alone in the world, and I am the only one who would remember her birthday on the planet earth. On the day of her birthday I never got any updates, and when I checked in the evening, it said my order was still in Oregon for an Iowa delivery. Then I went to online chat, it was abysmal. No help whatsoever. I called, spoke to a customer service person, then to their supervisor, and then to a higher up manager. Once again, no help whatsoever. I was promised a phone call back the next day, and, of course, it never came. When I tried to call back again, I was told I could not speak to the specific agent that promised to call me, even though they said I would be able to get in touch with them. The flowers showed up five days later, and of course, they were dead! Not only why I never shop with ProFlowersagain, but I am making a point to tell everyone I know, as well as posting this on every social media site. ProFlowers is horrible!!!!!!!!!!"
