Besides that, the final cost ends up being almost 50% more than the sale price after all the markup. I understand tax, but the rest is truly expensive. Not only did it not match the online description or pic but the flowers didn’t even match or look nice together. I called in for a partial refund but was offered a replacement for the next day. I explained that if so, they’d need to arrive early as she was heading out of town. 4pm rolled around and nothing. Called again. I was told my replacement would be arriving anytime and I again explained it was too late. But they arrived and this arrangement was not even close. Pink. Star gazer lillys and carnations. So gross. Cheap. Messy and not at all what we wanted again. Horrible and disappointing. Never again. I did end up getting my money back. Flowers both went in the trash. False advertising for sure. "
