"I have great experiences with pro flowers. They are always to help and satisfy their customers! One time I didn't think they sent the flowers I had ordered and they were helpful saying I should call the my customer and I did, they apologised and said they were so busy and forgot to call and thank me. So I gave my apology to Pro Flowers!

"I've ordered from you for years, and was always proud for people to get them and feel special. This time, however, I ordered what looked like would be a very nice arrangements of flowers. What I received was a VERY anemic, pathetic arrangement. There were only 2 decent flowers in the entire order. There were about 3 of the flowers that were bloomed, and they were the size of my fingernail. There were others that had not bloomed. I know to let them have a couple of days, because they are still fresh. Then there were 5 small "rose-looking" white flowers that were drooping and brown. There were 2 sprigs that had multiple buds on them, and they were already drooped over, and looked like they had died. Finally, a lot of the lilly-like flowers that weren't bloomed, and never did. Not only did it look pitiful. I also was embarrassed to give them to my mother. I finally threw them out after a few days, when they did not improve. When I contacted your customer service, I received an offer to get a 30% discount. That would suggest that there was part of it that was redeeming. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I NEED to hear back from you!"

The local florist put in flowers that were not listed on the site because they didn't have them in stock since they were out of season.
