"I couldn’t get the right turn signal to work. I called the tech support number that was on the paper inside the box & was told they couldn’t help me because ProTuningLabs is a re-seller. So o called the number in the email. Worthless! They wanted a video & pictures of it not working. I asked them if they thought I was making this up. I wanted nothing more than to be done installing them before I got rained on. She was supposed to send me a troubleshooting email. So while I waited for this email ((that never came!) I looked inside the light socket with a flash light & compared the metal tabs on their connector & one was bent over to the wrong side. So I bent it the other way and… viola! So I buttoned every thing up while the hazards were on just in case something shorted or something. So now the lights all work as they should but they aren’t very bright (in daylight) the left one seems to be dimmer than the right one. I’ll go look at them when it gets dark & see what I think, if I want to go to all the trouble of swapping lights again to send them back. Still waiting for that email by the way. "

"the holes weren’t big enough to fit into the truck and i ordered led headlight bulbs with the housings and they never showed. very disappointed in the customer service because i emailed the company about the headlight bulbs that never showed and i never got a response. if you want to order headlights, get them somewhere else. this was awful.
