We are not completely sure where this information was interpreted from but our website states 1-2 business days to ship out the item and from there it would be the shipping transit estimated time frames. Checking on this order, it will be shipped out today and ETA is 4-5 business days for delivery. It would not take 4-6 business days to process the order. "I purchased replacement vendors for my son for Christmas, and unfortunately purchased the wrong ones. I ordered specifically from your company due to the advertisement of fast and friendly and easy returns purchase this reason. It was completely opposite. Instead, your company decides to extort money in the return process by charging an exorbitant shipping cost, and also threatening a restocking fee, which adds up to almost as much as I paid for the fenders to begin with. This is profiteering and extortion. "

Your order had an oversized item and came out to $129.99 with free shipping and no taxes. We advised that creating a return label for this item would be around $80 plus a restocking fee per our return policy which is stated before purchase.
