"I filled a claim on Dec 19 for a broken headlight and some front bumper chips took it to one of they recommended shops only to find out progressive went around shopping for a salvage headlight from some junkyard or somewhere instead of ordering my headlight from the dealership where they have it in stock or can have it to the shop in two days now it is Dec 31 and the shop is still waiting on the headlight so they can install it.they are telling me the work to the bumper has been completed and they have been waiting for almost a week.this is ridiculous "
