I have found Jon Bach to be unfailingly courteous, remarkably knowledgeable, and unbelievably prompt in responding to my inquiries. What a pleasure it is to do business with such caring and conscientious people.
Toward the end of February 2003, when the testing and "burn in" process for my new system took a little longer than expected, Jon upgraded the shipping method from ground delivery to Second Day Service. It arrived on Friday, 02/28, so that I could, in Jon's words, "play with it" over the weekend. A very gracious and unexpected kindness, indeed.
My inquiries during the time the new system was being assembled were answered quickly. Mr. Bach even called me at home to inform me of a necessary case model change I needed which would accomodate a window kit.
As far as I'm concerned, there are no negatives about Puget Sound Systems whatsoever. When it comes time for me to upgrade, PSS is the only company with which I shall do business.

"Puget Systems provided the service one should expect from EVERY business, but so often is impossible to find. Great price, good advice for a great configuration (they talked me OUT of $150 of equipment I did not need and made suggestions for equipment that I should have), quality components, timely delivery (and in perfect condition, shipped from Washington State to Maryland), friendly folks without being cloying. My one set-up problem was solved with one two-sentence chat session. I recommend them and without reservation.
One year after purchase, my computer from Puget is humming along without error. This was a great system from a dependable company.
By now I have bought four computers from Puget (my last a quad core, about a year ago) and have recommended them to numerous friends and relatives, all of whom are quite satisfied with the service they have received and the computers they have bought from Puget. "

We asked them to spec and build a Maya Workstation which could handle the unbelievable workload of rendering animation for a feature length film. Not an easy task to say the least.

"I bought my system from Puget in november of 2002. I had a minor glitch with the sound card and the mouse wasn't originally shipped. I contacted Puget and spoke to Jon . I was very impressed that it took me only a few minutes to get a human voice to speak to. He said he would ship the mouse to me that day. I received it the next morning. With the sound card issue he offered to have my system shipped back to him at no charge and to fix it. I told him it wasn't necessary, I followed his instructions and had no problems. The support and service I received were excellent and almost immediate. I already recommended Puget to friends and family interested in purchasing a new computer. I have no qualms about making my next purchase with Jon and Puget. I felt that all my needs were promptly addressed and had a wonderful experience with them.
