"I ordered a Spirit model model desktop 14 Jun 2016, it arrived 29 Jun. Customer service quickly answered questions regarding the parts and gave useful recommendations before I placed the order.
It arrived in fine condition, a lot of boxes, a lot of padding, not a scratch on the computer.
Plugged it in, booted up fine, downloaded and installed some games, performance is very good.

Then I go to plug in my old external hard drive. One of the selling points for me on this computer was its large drive bays. I've gotten tired of playing hard drive shuffle with previous computers and I wanted to be able to just plug in my old drives and forget about them. Nope, computer wouldn't boot with any of my other drives plugged in. Called Tech Support, they recommended I switch cables around, no change. So they recommended I buy USB-Sata adapter and just use as external drive. So that's that, back to hard drive shuffle. Bought a hard drive dock and that's just good enough I guess.

Then I noticed when viewing Youtube videos my WiFi was cutting out approx once an hour, no other computers in my house were having this problem, so I call Tech Support, they emailed me the driver and a Internet protocol reset tool. No change. Eventually WiFi connection cut out completely.
Spent couple hours trying different software configs and restarting, no further advice from Tech Support. Called the maker of the WiFi adapter they recommended trying a different PCI slot. That got me back to occasional cutouts. Puget Tech Support said they were glad to hear the issue was fixed and they closed the ticket.
Then I got to spend the weekend trying different older drivers and different versions of the WiFi adapter software until some random combination gave me a stable connection.

tldr: Puget made a quality, premium-priced computer but when it came time to solve the issues that inevitably crop up their Tech Support was no more useful than a Google search. Knowing what I know now, I would have been better off getting the same computer cheaper elsewhere."

"Needed a new PC for gaming. My old PC was from iBuypower, and had served me faithfully for 5 years. I was contemplating buying from them again but decided to do some research, finally settled on Puget Systems.

Overall, extremely satisfied with the machine, customer service, and delivery. Would strongly recommend for custom PC shoppers. It's a high price point, but you're getting high quality service and product for it.

I had saved some quotes on some builds I was looking to purchase in December and one of Puget's followed up with me to see if I had any questions. William was very helpful in deciding between certain components for my needs and also gave suggestions to help me save a couple hundred dollars. He also made a note for the people building the PC to prewire the build for an additional video card and some additional hard drives, so upgraded will be less of a headache for me.

After Ordering:

I loved the fact that I could track the build of my PC and look at the results of the different tests and benchmarks that they were running. I really felt that conveyed both an attention to detail and quality assurance.

PC arrived:

The PC arrived in January of this year, and I was very please with the packaging. I was worried that things might shake loose during shipping but the packing was immaculate and everything worked perfectly. The documentation binder is probably the most thorough I've ever seen. They even sent me a thank you card several months later.

I've spent about half a year with this PC and it has been a Joy. I haven't had to deal with any issues, so I can't really comment on the post-sale customer service, but if every other aspect of their operation is any indication, I feel like I will be in good hands. They definitely earned a repeat customer."

"I came across Puget Computers by chance as I was looking for different computer parts to build my own. I decided to give them a call, and talked with William. I know computers, and usually build my own, but being a physician I have trouble keeping up with the newer stuff, like M.2 and U.2, SSD etc but I quickly got up to date, and talking to William I realize he knew what worked and what was not so good in my hi speed system for video editing and Photoshop. I could not match my configuration exactly when comparing against other vendors, but I compared against a base configuration that was attainable. Puget's price point was compelling when comparing against all the top rated competitors in the market.

Communication:
Emails were answered in a timely manner. When the support team knew what I wanted they made adjustments that made my purchase convenient without any prompting. I asked more than one question or should I say I sent multiple separate emails asking a question or two. They are nice to work with. But...

All in all, for me, the one thing I appreciated the most was that they lived up to their own hype about their service and quality. It is now about 2 weeks since I my pc arrived and was brought online.
