"I bought 3 computers from Puget Systems. I first bought a small (really small) Echo II for a vacation place. Puget was the only place where I could find a small form, i7 intel, ssd drive. I called to ask a couple of question and the quality of the service was incredible. Once I ordered I was impressed by the updates and the thoroughness of the check lists and quality control. Once I got it, it was all I had asked for: small, fast, quiet and cool. I loved it so much that I decided to order another computer from Puget. Here I wanted quiet, storage, air-cooled and fast. "I heard about Puget from two colleagues of mine - independently. Both had found Puget by doing research on the web. At that time, I was thinking about buying a gaming/office desktop, and had pretty much decided that it would have to be a custom build from a reputable shop.
After doing some more research, comparing Puget with a close contender, Puget looked like they were offering somewhat higher quality components (although both were at the high end), faster build-times and better build documentation.

"I am a Mac user. My first computer was an Apple IIe. My current computer, which I love, is the latest generation iMac. I know next to nothing about the Windows world. I decided to get a Windows PC mostly because my iMac, while more than satisfactory in all other areas, is definitely not a gaming computer. So I started looking for a Windows PC to serve as a dedicated gaming machine.

In my search for such a PC, my two primary considerations were good graphics and quiet performance. I wasn't looking for the ultimate GPU and I didn't expect the absolute silence of the iMac.

I found many computer manufacturers whose websites extol the performance of their products. But Puget Systems is the ONLY one that talked about *quiet* performance. And the level of quiet is something that was mentioned even with their noisier models, even when they were making the point that this model or this GPU is NOT quiet.

Another consideration in my selecting Puget Systems was customer service. You might be surprised (or not) at how many companies really don't want their customers to contact them beyond placing an order and sending in their money. Try looking for 'how to contact us' on the website of any company. For some companies, it's like a real quest to find that page with an e-mail address or a phone number. I was considering three competitors who also make custom computers. All of them have well-functioning websites that showcase their products well, but the Puget Systems website comes across as providing more than just a glossy presentation of products. Puget Systems provides real customer support via support links and resources links, the sum of which comes across as better than what I saw elsewhere.

Once I decided to pick Puget Systems, I felt overwhelmed by the level of customer responsiveness. I got a fast response to my configuration questions, and on a Sunday no less!

Puget Systems makes custom computers. Their production line isn't churning out models to be sold through high volume retailers. So I was amazed at how quickly they began assembly of my PC, which was within hours of getting my money. And they made available constant updates on the process. It made me wonder what their production team would have been doing if I hadn't placed my order. I felt like they were working just for me.

My finished order was carefully packed and arrived on time with full documentation and instructions. I had some initial set-up questions, and I was able to get to a Puget Systems customer support staff member quickly and without having to endure the lengthy automated telephone answering system that many companies inflict on their customers.

Running my Serenity PC about five feet from my iMac, I was very happy to discover that I could hear no noise from the Serenity. The level of quiet in my home computer room remains as with only the iMac. If I put my ears next to the Serenity case I can hear a slight low-level noise. But that's all. And the level of graphics provided by my GeForce GTX 760 is excellent.

I more than met my goals with this Serenity PC from Puget Systems, and I am happy to recommend this company with enthusiasm."
