"Said that they put in a New Fan in a Frig. THAT WAS A LIE! This company hires Techs unseen and they work remotely! NO ACCOUNTABILITY! They do not have Local offices. We ended up fixing the fig ourselves and found that the part the SCUM Tech said he replaced was the original. Also after putting in the "New" part he left and the frig DO NOT WORK. Said he would come back out and then said it needed another Part! We said LEAVE! 4 Days of THIS B.S. Now we are trying to get our $350 BACK and are on week 3! We are Getting ready to File a Lawsuit against them and find out that they HIDE in another State. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! The Techs are THEFTS!"

They sent a technician to fix my microwave. He looked at it, and without even attempting to uncase it, he said it's the magnetron. He demanded the $79 for diagnosis and siad he'll get back to me with an estimate.
I waited 3 weeks without hearing from either him or puls. I contacted plus to see why it's taking so long. They said they'll contact Jose the technician and they will get back to me. It took so long for them to get back to me, I decided to fix it my self. Did some research, and found out that the problem is the $5 diod at the end of the capacitor "not the magnetron" . I changed that, and the microwave is working fine.
After that plus called me and said that Jose estimated the cost of repair to be over $600.
I told them what to do to Jose and I asked for my $79 back since they didn't diagnose anything.
They have been giving me the run around ever since.
I never got the money back from these thieves.
Don't call them even if your life depended on it.
So, their technician would make around $500 per hour by giving customers erroneous diagnosis, collecting the quick $79 per 3 minutes and not even bother with the repair. If pressed, they will give you a repair estimate of more than the cost of the appliance.
